All poster presenters are responsible for creating an E-Poster (JPG) and be available during the assigned 1-hour poster session.

Wednesday, 22 September 2021
Once you've created the JPG file according to the following guidelines, please upload it via the
Poster Submission page.
To locate the assigned presentation day and time of a poster, download the program and locate the poster by searching for the paper title. Once you have located the paper, the assigned poster number is to the left. The first 2 characters (i.e. M1) indicate the day/time assignment. All times are Pacific Daylight Time (PDT) US. You may need to
convert your time if you are planning to present virtually.
M1 - Monday, 11 October - 16:15 - 17:15
T2 - Tuesday, 12 October - 09:05 - 10:05
T3 - Tuesday, 12 October - 14:10 - 15:10
W4 - Wednesday, 13 October - 10:35 - 11:35
Gather.Town will be used for all poster presentations. You can try out the basic features of the Gather.Town platform on their demo space. For the best demo experience, visit with a colleague or two. Attendees will be able to visit and discuss your poster directly with you during your assigned session. Details regarding the Gather.Town platform will be sent at a later date.
All poster presenters are required to be present at their poster for the entirety of the assigned session. Attendees will be able to come and go from poster to poster.
